Unlike traditional rental companies, our collection is carefully curated with distinctive furnishings, timeless designs, and statement pieces that bring character and sophistication to every setting.

From luxurious lounge furnishings and beautifully crafted bars to unique dining pieces and custom-designed installations, we specialize in creating spaces that feel intentional, elevated, and entirely your own.

Each piece in our collection is individually priced, allowing you to thoughtfully curate selections that complement your event. Once we receive your wishlist and event details, we'll prepare a personalized proposal outlining your rentals, applicable fees, and delivery and setup costs.

When you're ready to make it official, a signed rental agreement, 50% non-refundable deposit, and credit card on fileare required to secure your date and reserve your selections.

Please note that submitting an inquiry or receiving a proposal does not guarantee availability. Your rentals are officially reserved once the booking requirements have been completed.

Our home base is in Nampa, Idaho, with an additional warehouse location in Ketchum, allowing us to serve both the Treasure Valley and Sun Valley areas.

While we regularly provide rentals throughout Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, and the surrounding Treasure Valley, our services extend well beyond! We frequently travel to destinations including Sun Valley, McCall, Stanley, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming, as well as select locations throughout Montana, Washington, and Utah.

For events outside our local service areas, delivery fees are customized based on location, transportation, crew, travel time, and lodging requirements.

We love bringing our thoughtfully curated collection to beautiful destinations throughout the Mountain West and would be delighted to be part of your celebration!

To ensure we provide the exceptional service and attention to detail that every event deserves, we have established the following rental minimums for our 2027 events.

Treasure Valley: $1,000
Outside the Treasure Valley: $1,500
Sun Valley & Surrounding Areas: $3,000
Jackson Hole & Surrounding Areas: $7,500

All minimums apply to rental products only and do not include delivery, setup, pickup, applicable fees, or taxes.

Our collection is thoughtfully curated to help you create a beautiful, memorable event, and we look forward to bringing your vision to life!

Because of the fragile and delicate nature of our vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, not all of them work for the will-call requirements.  For that reason, all upholstered, and larger furniture pieces require delivery and pickup by our trained delivery crew.

Items available for will-call pickup include all rugs, pillows, and candlesticks.

We know how unpredictable the weather can be, especially here in the Mountain West! While we always hope for beautiful weather on your event day, we require a weather contingency plan for all outdoor events to ensure our rental pieces remain protected.

Many of our furnishings, particularly upholstered pieces and wood furniture, are not designed to withstand rain, moisture, or prolonged exposure to the elements. A covered, enclosed, or indoor alternative must be available in the event of inclement weather.

All reserved rental items will remain on your order regardless of weather conditions. Should your original plans need to change, we'll work closely with you and your planning team to accommodate your backup plan whenever possible.

Our priority is to help create a beautiful event while ensuring the safety and protection of our collection!

Your final rental balance is due 21 days prior to your event date. For a seamless experience, we recommend selecting our convenient autopay option when submitting your initial deposit. This ensures your remaining balance is automatically processed on time, leaving you with one less detail to worry about as your event approaches!

Absolutely! We understand that guest counts fluctuate and event details evolve throughout the planning process. We're happy to help you make adjustments to your rental selections as your vision comes together!

You may add items, adjust quantities, or exchange pieces, subject to availability. All final changes must be submitted at least 21 days prior to your event date, when your remaining balance is due.

While adjustments are welcome, your updated rental total must remain at or above your original rental deposit amount and the applicable rental minimum for your event location.
